Book Review: The Lost World

Book Review: The Lost World
Lost

The name ” The Lost World” creates a mystery to unravel the book without interruption. The author “Pranay Bhalerao’ has weaved a fictional plot with his simple language. It literally gave me goosebumps from the first chapter itself. Moreover, the cover design is done intelligently.

The main character of the book is Apoorav. The moment he wakes up alone in a jungle, he is lost from that moment. He wants to go back home, but he has no idea how? Apoorav has lost his memory, and the plot thickens from there.

Genre -Thriller / Adventure / Suspense

Rating – 4.5/5

Two parallel stories run simultaneously, yet the years are different. One is 1980, and the other is 2021. Two heroes in separate time zones, but they have a connection with each other.

The storyline revolves around Apoorav, the tribal people that reside in the jungle, mafia people, modern technologies, Panchang Calendar, nature’s beauty, etc. Each character has been created very beautifully. Dive into ‘The Lost World’ to understand the protagonist and his world more. A must-read for all genre-loving readers.

I felt as if I was watching a Bollywood thriller flick.
